Simon Paris is a London-based theatre director and producer known for his innovative and interactive approach to theatre and comedy. He is the Artistic Director of the theatre company "Say It Again, Sorry?", which focuses on highly interactive performances that often involve the audience directly in the production. One of their notable works is "The Importance of Being... Earnest?", an interactive adaptation of Oscar Wilde's classic, where audience members can be cast in the show on the spot, creating a unique, hilarious and dynamic theatre experience.
Paris's work is characterised by finding hilarity in breaking the traditional boundaries between audience and performer, aiming to create immersive and entertaining theatrical experiences.
Additionally, Simon Paris has been involved with Metal Rabbit Productions as an Associate Producer, contributing to various projects that often focus on new and innovative writing, most recent productions include, “The Prince”, “Boy Parts” and “The Misandrist”(Metal Rabbit Productions). His background includes making work with Fictive Theatre, where he produced and directed shows such as "Lottery”, “Scarborough" and “Handbag”.
